  1. My weight fluctuates between 135 and sometimes up to 143! My goal is 120-125. I feel like that is going to be impossible. I'm only 5'2 so I really need to be closer to my goal weight.

  2. What would be a good range to use for number of calories burned during one of your workouts? Is there an average to use for the formulas to see what my daily calories are vs. burned?

  3. Rachelle - Lets set up a one on one session to sit and talk about your daily calories. We brushed on this before and talked about being more consistent to make it work.

    Tricia - We burn between 400-700 calories per workout. There are other formulas for figuring this out, but the formula we use takes into account activity level. Not as specific due to its ease but still does take it into account.
